Description

Are you an interested Calculation Engineer/Designer who wants to contribute to sustainable and high-quality solutions within our steel buildings business area? We are looking for someone who wants to take an active role in our team and develop together with us in a role where collaboration and technical expertise are at the center.

Responsibilities

As a Calculation Engineer/Designer, you will be involved in the entire process of our steel construction projects, from the initial concept to the finished construction. You will be responsible for performing strength calculations and preparing documentation for our project managers that meet both the specific needs of the customer, the company's quality requirements, and industry standards.

You will closely collaborate with sales, project managers, production, and assembly, where together you identify, develop, and create optimal solutions for our customers. Therefore, you will follow your products from idea through production to the finished building.

As an important part of the team, you actively contribute to improving our work processes, drive development projects, and help increase the sustainability of our products. You will report to the Business Area Manager, and the position is located in Smålandsstenar.

Qualifications

We believe you have an engineering degree in construction, technology, or a similar field and a strong interest in calculations. Experience in steel construction is a significant advantage, as are skills in various calculation programs such as FEM-design, Idea Statica, and Frame Analysis. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
